Global Flat Rate: $10

Canada:
Nanoleaf offers ground shipping via Canada Post to all locations within Canada. Please allow 3-5 business days for arrival.

United States:
We ship via UPS and FedEx for orders within the United States. Please allow 5-7 business days for arrival.

Express Shipping

Canada & United States: We offer express shipping options (1-2 business days) for orders within Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are dependent on your location, please refer to the checkout page for your specific calculated rate.

International Orders

Nanoleaf offers standard shipping for all locations outside of North America. Please see below for standard shipping speeds based on your region.

Hong Kong:
4 business days

China:
5 business days

Rest of the world:
6 – 15 business days

A Note to European Union Customers 

Currently, orders ship to the EU directly from Hong Kong. This means that you will be responsible for any VAT and import duties owing upon delivery. We don’t like it any more than you do. Unfortunately, VAT and import tariffs are controlled by the governments of the European Union—not Nanoleaf.

Returns

Nanoleaf accepts unused products in NEW condition within 30 days of receipt.

Note: you are eligible for a return only after Nanoleaf receives the item and inspects it to confirm it is unused and in new condition.

Steps To Return Item(s)

Returns/Exchange Process

Step One: Create a support ticket on our Helpdesk.

Step Two: Send back the products to us in its original packaging.

Step Three: You will receive the refunded amount back on your credit card once we have received and inspected the product.

Note: All shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges for returns/exchanges.

Warranty

This product has a 3 year free replacement limited warranty. If this bulb does not operate for 3 years (based on 6 hours per day/7 days per week of normal residential consumer use) from date of purchase when used as directed, please go to Nanoleaf’s Helpdesk to create a support ticket to begin the replacement process.
