The candidate will help bridge cross-border communications between our teams in different countries. The candidate should have a strong attention to detail, an understanding of how products should be working, and the ability to manage many different aspects of product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You own product development delivery, tracking toward deadlines leading up to final product release dates
  • You interface with key stakeholders at Nanoleaf, ensuring that any and all risks to a successful product delivery are well-known and well-mitigated
  • You understand the innovative aspects of a product and are able to contribute to key decisions throughout the product development lifecycle
  • You interface with technical supply-chain around product, pricing, material/tooling considerations, and component sourcing
  • You are able to understand how each product contributes to the overall goals of the Company

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of product development and managing projects
  • Demonstrable ability to innovate and solve problems
  • Ability to solve complex and challenging problems with a strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to split time between Shenzhen, China and Toronto, Canada
  • Two trips a year to Shenzhen. Minimum of two months of stay per trip.
