Good products. Awful customer service BUT when they get to you, they take care of you.

Mixed feelings about these bulbs. The matter over thread is not reliable or resilient as promised. The protocol is young and needs work. I imagine over time it will get better.

Thread over matter is still flaky. Not as stable as the initial HomeKit versions.

They’re ok. Don’t all sync when changing colours

Way better than the overpriced Phillips Hue

These react much faster due to THREAD and offer better options than Hue. Also they are priced at a reasonable $20 per bulb. Don’t waste your money on Phillips when you can get better performance for less. Reliable performance with approachable tech support! You can’t beat Nanoleaf!
