Warranty & Returns
2-Year* Manufacturer Warranty
Every Nanoleaf product is backed by a 2-year* limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty periods may vary by product, region, and applicable local requirements.
What's Covered: Defective LED panels or bulbs, controller or power supply failure, connectivity issues caused by hardware defects, and non-functional mounting hardware.
What's Not Covered: Physical damage from drops or misuse, water or liquid damage, modifications or unauthorized repairs, and normal wear on mounting adhesives.
30-Day Return Policy
Return eligible products within 30 days for a cash refund*. Items should be unused and returned with all original components and packaging, where possible.
Prepaid return shipping is provided for eligible returns in the US, Canada, EU, UK, and for Australian orders shipped from Australia. Customers in other regions are responsible for return shipping.
Return Request
1 - Submit a Return Request within the applicable return period.
2 - Once approved, you’ll receive an RMA number and return instructions.
3 - Pack your product securely with all original components and packaging, where possible.
4 - Ship your return according to the provided instructions
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued after your return is received and verified. Please allow 3–10 bank business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed.
Warranty

Returns
*A 10% return fee applies to customer-initiated returns, except where prohibited by law. Original shipping fees and optional shipping insurance are non-refundable, except where required by law. Oversized or heavy items may incur additional return surcharges. Return fees do not apply to returns resulting from a product defect or Nanoleaf error.
FAQ
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the fulfillment process, and cancellations are not guaranteed. Submit a cancellation request as soon as possible.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and may need to be returned according to our Return Policy.
We may be able to update your shipping address or order details if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Changes are not guaranteed, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Submit an Order Change Request and select Customer Support > Request: Correction to Address or Order Details.
Our Customer Experience team will coordinate with the warehouse to determine whether the change can still be made. If your order has already been picked, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to modify it, but our team can help with available next steps
Timing matters: Warehouse partners operate Monday–Friday in their respective time zones, and our Customer Experience team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
Check your tracking information first. If your order shows as delivered but can’t be found, check around your property, with neighbors, or with building management and allow 1–2 business days.
If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ business days, or the carrier confirms the package is lost or misrouted, submit a support request. We’ll investigate and help determine the appropriate next steps.
Estimated shipping dates are provided at checkout but may change due to inventory arrival, customs, weather, carrier delays, or other shipping conditions.
If your estimated shipping date changes, we’ll do our best to provide an update by email. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information automatically.

Troubleshooting Tips
Panels not pairing? Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is on and the controller is in pairing mode (hold the power button for 5 seconds).
Wi-Fi connection drops? Ensure your router supports 2.4 GHz — Nanoleaf products don't connect to 5 GHz networks.
Firmware update stuck? Keep the app open and the device powered on. Large updates can take up to 10 minutes.
Panels showing wrong colors? Check for a firmware update in the Nanoleaf App under Device Settings → Firmware.
Adhesive not sticking? Clean the wall surface with rubbing alcohol before applying. Works best on smooth, painted surfaces.
