Nanoleaf offers free standard shipping on orders over C$100. Please allow 5-7 business days for arrival. Express shipping is available, rates vary by the weight of your order. Orders in Canada ship from Mississauga.

United States
Nanoleaf offers flat rate ground shipping for US$9.99. Please allow 5-7 business days for arrival. Express shipping is available, rates vary by the weight of your order. Orders in the USA ship from upstate New York.

Latin America
Shipping costs for orders to South America, Central America, and the Caribbean vary by weight. Please allow 14-21 business days for arrival. We do not currently ship to Mexico. LATAM region orders ship from New York State, USA.

European Union & United Kingdom
Nanoleaf offers free standard shipping on orders over €50 / £50 to most of the EU and the United Kingdom. Rates for other locations will vary by the weight of your order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for arrival. EMEA region orders ship from the Netherlands.

Hong Kong
Nanoleaf offers free shipping on orders to Hong Kong, please allow 1 to 2 business days for arrival. Hong Kong orders ship from Hong Kong.

Asia-Pacific Region
Nanoleaf offers US$16.99 flat shipping to select countries in Asia, please allow 7 to 10 business days for arrival. Rates to other locations vary based on the weight of your order. JAPAC region orders ship from Hong Kong.

Returns

Nanoleaf accepts unused products in NEW condition within 30 days of receipt.

Note: you are eligible for a return only after Nanoleaf receives the item and inspects it to confirm it is unused and in new condition.

Returns/Exchange Process

Step One: Create a support ticket on our Helpdesk.

Step Two: Send back the products to us in its original packaging.

Step Three: You will receive the refunded amount back on your credit card once we have received and inspected the product.

Note: All shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges for returns/exchanges.
