3 Year Limited Product Warranty
Your product has a 3 year free replacement limited warranty. If this product ceases normal operation within 3 years (based on 6 hours per day/ 7 days per week of normal residential consumer use) from date of purchase when used as directed, please contact your point of purchase to initiate the replacement process.
Nanoleaf will send you a replacement or at Nanoleaf’s option refund the original purchase price. For warranty or other questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IS THE SOLE WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITY OF NANOLEAF. INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Some countries, states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which varies according to which country, state, or province you reside within.
Non-Warranty Returns or Exchanges
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase (starting from date of receipt), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain Situations Where Only
Partial Refunds Are Granted
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted to your account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please open a support ticket.
To return your product, you should mail your product to Nanoleaf. Please contact our support team directly for details.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return items. If you receive a refund and shipping is billed to Nanoleaf, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
