“Nanoleaf gave me an opportunity to learn more about the team dynamics and leadership. I was able to utilize my previous knowledge of product and software testing to lead and manage the testing process. I am glad the team appreciated my work and I am proud to be part of another Nanoleaf Story (We call it the Aurora)”
Brandon Lam
University of Waterloo, Computer Engineering, Class of 2020
“I did not know what to expect when coming to work at Nanoleaf but it has lived up to and exceeded any expectations I had for my first job. It is amazing to work in a place where everyone is being so innovative and creative. I have learned a lot and have a lot more to learn from working here. I look forward to coming back to Nanoleaf on a future work term.”
Leo Yoon
University of Waterloo Computer Science, Class of 2021
“ So I believed in the people around me; the people who supported me, taught me, and mentored me through my 4 months at Nanoleaf. Even though people told me: ‘You’ll get to do everything in a startup,’ I was not expecting to have such a diverse experience. This co-op experience exceeded my expectations and I sincerely feel fortunate to be able to return to school with memories I will always treasure.”
