Power On / OFF
Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to turn the device on or off.
Choose Your Mode
Press the “>” button to select your preferred mode. Double-press to adjust the intensity level (1–5).
Set the Timer
Extend your session up to 30 minutes. Auto shut-off when complete.

Why isn't the 1072nm Deep NIR activated in every mode?
The 1072nm Deep NIR is designed to deliver light energy deeper into the skin than conventional LEDs. Each light mode uses an optimized wavelength combination for its intended purpose, so 1072nm Deep NIR is activated only in Red, Yellow, Purple, and White modes. Blue, Green, and Cyan modes use different wavelength combinations optimized for their specific skincare purposes. This is by design and is not a defect.
Can I use the mask if I’m just starting to notice neck wrinkles?
Yes. The mask is suitable for early visible signs of aging. Consistent use supports smoother, firmer-looking skin and helps newly noticeable lines across the neck and décolletage appear less visible.
Why isn’t my product turning on?
The controller has two USB-C ports. Connect the product cable to the upper port with the product icon and the charging cable to the lower port with the lightning bolt icon. If it will not turn on, check that each cable is connected to the correct port and that the controller is fully charged.
