What is the Nanoleaf PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip??

The Nanoleaf PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip is a customizable RGB lightstrip designed for your computer monitor. Connected via USB-C to your Windows or macOS computer, it extends on-screen colors in real time with Screen Mirror while also supporting dynamic Scenes, Music Sync, Orchestrator visualizations, and gaming integrations through the Nanoleaf Desktop App.

Can I control the PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip with a mobile app?

No. The PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip is not compatible with the Nanoleaf Mobile App or other smart home ecosystems. It is a computer-only product and is controlled through the Nanolea App on Desktop (Windows, Mac).

How does Screen Mirror work?

The Nanoleaf Desktop App continuously analyzes the colors displayed on your monitor and instantly reflects them onto the lightstrip, creating immersive lighting that extends beyond your screen.

What monitor sizes is the PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip designed for?

The PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip is designed to fit most screens up to 32 inches. The trimmable lightstrip can be customized to create a clean installation around the back of your display.

Does the PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip work with curved monitors?

Yes. The flexible lightstrip can be installed around both flat and curved monitors, provided the monitor falls within the supported size range (up to 32 inches).

Can I cut the Lightstrip?

Yes. You can trim the lightstrip to customize the fit for your monitor. Only cut along the marked trim lines and never cut the section connected to the controller. Once trimmed, the removed portion cannot be reconnected, so double-check your desired length before making any cuts.

Can I extend the Lightstrip?

No. The PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip cannot be extended. It is available in a fixed length (2.5m/8.2ft length) designed to fit most desktop monitor setups.

Can I use the PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip without Screen Mirror enabled?

Yes. In addition to Screen Mirror, you can display static colors, dynamic Scenes, music visualizations, and custom lighting effects using the Nanoleaf Desktop App.

Can I connect it to Google Home, Apple Home, Alexa, or SmartThings?

No. The PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip is designed exclusively for the Nanoleaf Desktop App and does not support integrations with smart home platforms such as Google Home, Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, or SmartThings.

Can I use the PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip with both Mac and Windows computers?

Yes. The PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip is compatible with both macOS and Windows using the Nanoleaf Desktop App.

Can I control the PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip together with my other Nanoleaf lights?

Yes. Compatible Nanoleaf lights connected through the Nanoleaf Desktop App can be controlled together and synchronized with Screen Mirror for a larger, more immersive lighting experience.

Can the PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip display regular colors and Scenes in addition to Screen Mirror?

Yes. The lightstrip supports millions of colors, dynamic Scenes, music visualizations, and Screen Mirror effects, all customizable through the Nanoleaf Desktop App.

Does Screen Mirror affect gaming performance?

No. Screen Mirror is designed to run efficiently in the background with minimal impact on gaming or everyday PC performance.

Can I screen mirror content from streaming services like Netflix?

Some streaming services, including Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video, use copyright protection that may prevent screen capture or mirroring. While Screen Mirror may not work with protected content, most games, apps, and other on-screen content can be mirrored to your lights.

Easy install, Very fast response to what's happening on screen. A lot of settings to play with. Very bright too. Its the first thing that lights up when I turn on my PC. It comes with a very long cable (USB-C) which I didn't need but it's nice that they do. look great

Not fair

I have the original triangles u first ever started with and I have them still since day one and they are still working perfectly x but I feel that it's unfair that I can't seem to connect them to the corsair line to match the lighting through my monitor syncing. I won't connect to that model and I feel that we the people that bought these items should get the same privileges that your new items get. And also not every one decides to choose a 32 inch monitor some people like myself like the wider 34 inch monitor and I can't seem to purchase the pc RGB syncong strip for my monitor because I feel that the 32 inch will not give me the full effect on the lighting because it's to short. Pllease help me out here. Also, one more thing I love that so called headphone peg like holder that would look sweet on my setup but financially I can't do it maybe one day I can. Keep up the good work on your creations. I hope one day u can answer my question. Thank you
