EXPO Display Case User Manual
Reset Options
If you’ve gone through troubleshooting tips below, and are still experiencing issues with your EXPO Display Case, try the following:
Power Cycle
Power cycle your device by unplugging it from power and then plugging them back in.
Wi-Fi
Try toggling your Wi-Fi off and back on, restarting the app you’re using to control your lights, or restarting your device.
Check a Switch
Make sure that your lights weren’t turned off by a physical switch such as on a power bar as this would make them powered down and unresponsive.
Reset
Reset the device by pressing the Power and “–” Dim button on your control box together for at least 15s, while it is still powered on. Wait for 30s for the power button to light back up. You will need to pair your device again after this step.
